Catherine Anne

 Catherine Anne O'Hara OOC, born March 4, 1954 is an actress from Canada. O'Hara has been the recipient of several awards which include an award called a Genie Award, a Golden Globe Award as well as two Screen Actors Guild Awards, two Primetime Emmy Awards, and six Canadian Screen Awards. In 2018, she was appointed an Officer of Canada and in 2020, she received the Governor General's Performing Arts Lifetime Artistic Achievement award. O'Hara was first noticed as an actress while she was part of The Second City improv comedy troupe in Toronto in 1974. She was part of the main cast in the sitcom Coming Up Rosie (1975-1978) together with John Candy and Dan Aykroyd. O'Hara, Candy, and Dan Aykroyd began work in Second City Television's sketch comedy show (1976-1984). O'Hara received critical acclaim for her comedic writing and acting skills which earned her a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writer for an episode of a Variety Series in 1982. In 2022, O'Hara was added to the brand-new Second City artistic advisory board headed by Stephen Colbert, along with Steve Carell, Dwayne Colbert, Tina Fey, Keegan-Michael Key, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Jane Lynch, Tim Meadows, Peter Murrieta, Suzy Nakamura Sam Richardson, Jeff Richmond, Jason Sudeikis, and Robin Thede.
